The concept of a multi-lumen connecting endoprostheses (EndoHub) is an innovative and disruptive solution proposed by Archo Medical for the treatment of complex aneurysms in challenging anatomical regions. Our devices are designed to eliminate the occurrence of guttering and leaks, a frequent complication in techniques with parallel stents, in addition to allowing connection to target vessels in different anatomical situations. This is made possible by the unique design of the endoHub platform, a proprietary Archo Medical technology, built with a PTFE graft containing multiple lumens, coupled with a self-expanding NiTi stent that ensures fixation and patency. One size fits all - Archo Medical products are designed to be compatible with the main endoprostheses currently on the market.

In 2026, Archo Medical successfully completed the first-in-human clinical use of the EndoHub™ platform, achieving 100% technical success across five implants in three patients with complex iliac aneurysms. All devices were delivered and deployed as intended, with preservation of target vessels and no immediate device-related adverse events.
The procedures demonstrated the feasibility of the innovative multi-lumen connector stent-graft concept, developed to expand endovascular treatment options for patients with complex anatomies.
